This is a management position, leading the multi-disciplinary Family Support & Crisis Intervetion Service Team in implementing the goals of the Exchange House Ireland strategic plan. The role involves supervision of a multi-disciplinary team as well as dealing with managing duty referrals and input on complex casework.
This is a full-time position - hours of work will be 35 hours per week.
The salary will be in the range of €59,501 - €70,006 scale commensurate with qualifications and experience

Who will be working to establish relationships with young Traveller females and to support them in taking an active part in their own community and wider society; delivering youth work programmes to young Travellers between the ages of 10 - 21 on a face-to-face basis; as part of a team of youth workers working under the direction of the Children and Young Peoples’ Service Manager.
Hours of work will be 20 hours per week normally. This time will be broken up over three evening sessions and two mornings. 60% of this time will be spent with the young people.
The salary will be as per CDYSB Youth Worker scale commensurate with qualifications and experience

The Local Training Initiative Coordinator will work as part of the Education & Training Services team to develop, co-ordinate and implement a CDETB Local Training Initiative (LTI) to meet the adult education needs of Travellers. The aim of the programme is to provide the learners with the opportunity to engage in a range of adult basic education courses and to identify progression routes into further training, education or employment options available in conjunction with the range of other services provided by Exchange House Ireland.
This full-time position is funded by CDETB and the salary will be based on CDETB rates. The salary is €33,536 per annum.
