Chief Executive Officer

Exchange House Ireland National Travellers Service is seeking a suitable candidate who has the dynamism and vision to lead the organisation into a new era of service provision to the Traveller community in Dublin and nationally.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar senior management capacity or be educated to a degree level or equivalent or in exceptional circumstances a candidate may be appointed who does not hold a degree but who possesses a very considerable amount relevant experience.  They will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, used to thinking strategically and committed to reflective practice.

 

This is a full-time position of 39 hours a week
The salary will be in the range of €64,886 - €75,900 commensurate with qualifications and experiences

Senior Mental Health Service Lead

Exchange House Ireland National Travellers Service is seeking a suitable candidate who will plan, organise, motivate and direct the work of the National Travellers Mental Health Team. The post holder will hold responsibility for the delivery of all mental health programmes and the 1:1 support service provision.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working with mental health and/or suicide prevention, a graduate level qualification in a social work, allied health, community development or social science related area and experience or qualification in supervision or leadership.  They will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, used to thinking strategically and committed to reflective practice.

This is a full-time position of 39 hours a week
The salary will be in the range of €49,157 - €63,307 commensurate with qualifications and experiences

National Training and Development Co-ordinator

Exchange House Ireland National Travellers Service is seeking a suitable candidate to develop and deliver a national training strategy, deliver culturally appropriate suicide prevention, intervention and mental health promotion training, develop QQI levels 3-5 mental health modules, and engage in research in the area of mental health and suicide prevention and intervention.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working with mental health and/or suicide prevention, a third level qualification, a qualification in either youth work, social work, allied health, community development, mental health, adult education, community education and/or other relevant social/healthcare qualifications.  They will be highly motivated and enthusiastic, used to thinking strategically and committed to reflective practice.

The salary will be in the range of €39,819 - €57,889 commensurate with qualifications and experiences
